Elphin is a management information system developed to support the 'condition management' aspect of the 'Pathways to Work' programme. Elphin is a mature product which has been purchased by 8 of the Pathways to Work pilot schemes to date.

It facilitates inter-agency communication between Job Centre Plus Advisors, Condition Management Practitioners, external providers and participants by storing data in a Triple DES encrypted SQL Server database.

The system is hosted on a webserver and hence is available via any computer that has an internet connection. Elphin takes advantage of latest Microsoft .NET technology to ensure an efficient, secure , extensible, dynamic solution.

Elphin utilises simple form based screens throughout to enable easy navigation of the stages through which a participant moves within their personalised programme.

The system can be customised by end users via an 'administration' module to fit the requirements of your Pathways to Work district.
